Impact Studies and Environmental Management Plan

It is the basic document in any mining project. This document takes into account the obligations of Executive Decree No. 07-145 of 19 May 2007 determining the scope, content and approval of studies and environmental impact notices. Through this study will be discussed and discussed the following:

analysis of the initial state of the site and its environment, including the natural resources and agricultural, forestry, maritime, hydraulic or recreational areas affected by works, developments or works.
the detailed description of the different phases of the project.
estimation of categories and quantities of releases.
the assessment of foreseeable impacts.
the measures envisaged to eliminate, reduce and offset the damaging consequences of the project on the environment, as well as the estimate of the corresponding expenditure.
the environmental management plan.
the financial implications for the measures recommended.
